Requirements:

• Experience with promotional, engagement, or tournament tools.
• Background in the iGaming industry.
• Strong analytical skills with an understanding of marginality, revenue logic, and performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple partner operators and promotional campaigns simultaneously.
• Knowledge of player engagement mechanics and user journeys.
• Excellent communication skills and a partner-oriented approach.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities:

• Support and manage promotional campaigns and tournament initiatives for our partners.
• Create, configure, and maintain tournaments and promotional activities using internal tools.
• Manage updates and ensure stable performance of promo and tournament systems.
• Analyze partner marginality and maintain a marketing calendar based on financial metrics.
• Monitor KPIs across partners and products, providing recommendations to maximize revenue.
• Provide operational support to partners on promo tools and engagement mechanics.
• Optimize promotional processes to improve efficiency, profitability, and user experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Product, Finance, Marketing) to streamline execution and boost engagement.
