Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales and account management.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Willingness to travel for industry expos and events.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

• Positive, relationship-focused attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of account managers, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

• Manage and grow relationships with key clients, delivering tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction and revenue.

• Develop and implement strategies for efficient portfolio management.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams on client-focused initiatives.

• Monitor account performance and client feedback to continuously improve practices.

• Implement best practices and tools to enhance team productivity and client engagement.

• Conduct training sessions to develop team skills and knowledge.

• Report to senior management on account performance and strategic activities.

• Represent the company at industry events to build and strengthen partnerships.

• Drive new business through account expansion and cross-selling.
