Team Lead Marketing

We are hiring a Team Lead Marketing for a product IT company

Responsibilities:
? Implementation of a comprehensive strategy for Digital areas
? Control and management of the main marketing areas: Performance (IOS/Android/Web), Retention (Push/Email), Partnership
? Building end-to-end analytics of all channels and data visualization
? Planning and budgeting
? You can answer any or almost any question on SEO
? Market analysis, search for new solutions and testing hypotheses
? Interaction with the development department, writing technical specifications for IT modifications for marketing tasks
? Communication with related departments, arguing for prioritization

Obligatory:
? Experience in a similar position from 3 years
? Strong track record launching, scaling and optimizing social campaigns with particular focus on content marketing and ASO / SEO.
? A balance of experience between Web and Mobile is preferred.
? Experience with niche and local Ad Systems (Crypto Ad Networks, Teaser Networks, Baidu Ads, Naver Ads) beneficial.
? Expert Google Analytics user, experience with Amplitude beneficial.
? Good instinct for identifying strong ad copy and visuals.
? Expertise in B2B, obligatory in fintech and crypto.
? Excellent English and Russian communication skills.

Preferably:
Personal experience with fintech, crypto, asset management products
