Sales manager

A retail chain of stores specializing in the sale of doors and fittings requires a Sales manager (Tbilisi, Georgia).

Responsibilities:

• Consulting customers, assistance in product selection (interior doors in the standard+, luxury segments)

• Conclusion of contracts

• Work in 1C

• Cost calculation, appointment for measurements and selection of the optimal door option for the client

• Placing orders

• Dealing with complaints

• Fulfillment of sales plan

Working conditions:

• 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00 (1 hour break)

• Piece salary – fixed salary +% of sales

• The store is located next to Didube Railway Station

Requirements:

• Experience in retail sales (specialized door sales will be an advantage)

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present products convincingly

• Ability to work with clients

• Knowledge of technical characteristics and features of doors (or willingness to learn them)

• Ability to work with PC, excel

• Knowledge of 1C will be an advantage

• Desire and ability to learn

• Responsibility, punctuality, competent speech

• Proficiency in Georgian and Russian languages, English will be an advantage
