We are Gubanova&Partners, a recruitment agency.
We are actively expanding our presence in the markets of Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan.

To ensure the highest quality of service and an individual approach to clients in the Caucasus region, we are looking for a local recruiter in Tbilisi.

Key responsibilities:
— Liaising with clients on open positions
— Managing 10+ vacancies simultaneously (specialists, managers)
— KPI: closing at least 4 positions per month

Our ideal candidate:
— Understands the specifics of the local labor market
— Has at least 2 years of recruitment experience, including successful remote work; ready to transition to our office in Tbilisi in the future
— Speaks Russian at B1–B2 level, Georgian, Armenian (English and/or Spanish are a big plus)
