To a reputable residential development company, specializes in selling luxury housing in Georgia , we are looking for Real Estate Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to proactively engage potential clients interested in the residential project.
- Utilize effective communication skills to articulate the unique benefits and features of the project.
- Educate potential clients about the advantages of investing in the residential project.
- Qualify leads by understanding their investment goals and requirements.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
- Work closely with the team to execute contracts, close deals, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competitors.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
- Acquire new customers through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
- Implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on sales activities, lead conversion, and market insights.
- Contribute valuable insights during team meetings to enhance overall sales strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Russian, and Georgian.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate market and investment processes.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in premium and luxury segment sales.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the local real estate market.
- Neat appearance reflecting the company’s commitment to quality.
What We Offer:
- Full-time 5/2, from 9:00 till 18:00;
- Monthly Net salary of 3000-3500 GEL + %;
- Office in the center of Tblisi.
