We are currently seeking Engagement Manager to join a cutting-edge IT development company specializing in the exciting world of online gaming and crypto technologies.

● 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the online gaming/casino industry;
● Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;
● Understanding of online casino marketing strategies, and player engagement best practices;
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations;
● Ability to work autonomously and think strategically;
● Fluency in English language, both written and verbal, is essential.

● Develop deep, collaborative relationships with our partners to thoroughly understand their business goals, marketing strategies, and player engagement objectives;
● Work closely with the product team to gain an expert-level understanding of our engagement tools, including tournaments, missions, in-chat freebet functionality, and other features;
● Provide hands-on guidance and support to operators on implementing and optimizing the use of our engagement tools to drive measurable improvements in KPI’s;
● Monitor operator usage data, campaign performance, and player feedback to identify opportunities for process improvements, tool enhancements, or additional training and support;
● Act as a strategic consultant, advising operators on best practices for leveraging our engagement tools to complement their broader marketing initiatives;
● Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure a value-driven experience for our operator partners.
