The company, a recognised leader in digital forensics and corporate incident investigation software, is looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join the office in Tbilisi, Georgia.


  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty, decrease their sales cycle, and increase LTV.
  • Analyze the customer base and segment customers for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and other communication activities.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, continuously working on improving the performance of all automated paths.
  • Work with analytical tools to track KPIs and reporting.
  • Create textual and visual content (in collaboration with a designer).
  • Develop hypotheses and tests, evaluate results, and apply conclusions.


  • Excellent written English (C1 level).
  • At least one year of experience in CRM marketing.
  • Experience and knowledge in marketing, email marketing, and copywriting.
  • Ability to work with customer databases, including the understanding of how to transfer data from CRM to other systems, perform and revise contact scoring, and build funnels.
  • Knowledge of basic analytics and ability to perform various types of analysis.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML for email formatting and the ability to make changes in newsletters.
  • Ability to defend your decisions to management and colleagues.
  • Creativity and the ability to find unconventional solutions that may be more effective than traditional ones.
  • Systematic approach and attention to detail: testing and verifying all communication tools before sending to users, including checking the display of links and images.
