Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for an educational center specializing in teaching children from grades 1 to 11 in three programs in Russian, Georgian and English in the city of Tbilisi.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a strategic plan for the development of the center;

• Management of the budget and financial resources;

• Development and implementation of a marketing strategy;

• Management of the sales department and increase in the client base;

• Full management of the center in the long term.

Requirements:

• Experience in management positions;

• Entrepreneurial skills and project management experience;

• Knowledge of modern educational technologies;

• Fluent Russian, English level (B1).
