Analytics Engineer

We are looking for a Analytics Engineer to join a fintech product company. Our mission is to empower businesses with a secure and comprehensive crypto ecosystem — simplifying operations, enhancing security, and driving growth in the digital economy.

Responsibilities:
?Build, maintain, and scale data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
?Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making and performance tracking for internal stakeholders, primarily Dealing and CSD departments.
?Ensure data quality, availability, and proper documentation across all supported sources

Obligatory:
?3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence roles
?Strong proficiency in SQL
?Experience with data modeling and data transformation, preferably using DBT or similar tools
?Proven expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
?Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data quality best practices
?Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
?Fluency in English (Advanced level)
