Analytics Engineer

We are looking for a Analytics Engineer to join a fintech product company. Our mission is to empower businesses with a secure and comprehensive crypto ecosystem — simplifying operations, enhancing security, and driving growth in the digital economy.

Responsibilities:
●Build, maintain, and scale data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
●Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making and performance tracking for internal stakeholders, primarily Dealing and CSD departments.
●Ensure data quality, availability, and proper documentation across all supported sources

Obligatory:
●3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence roles
●Strong proficiency in SQL
●Experience with data modeling and data transformation, preferably using DBT or similar tools
●Proven expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
●Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data quality best practices
●Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
●Fluency in English (Advanced level)
