AI Developer (Arabic-speaking)

Duties and Responsibilities:

?  Fine-tune multilingual LLMs to support Arabic prompt understanding and generation 

?  Train models on Arabic development data sets and app-building instructions 

?  Build custom prompt chains tailored to Arabic syntax, UX metaphors, and user behavior 

?  Design fallback and recovery mechanisms when LLM output is ambiguous in Arabic 

?  Evaluate platform performance for Arabic users and drive continuous improvements 

?  Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and linguists to deliver an inclusive Arabic UX 

?  Integrate cultural and linguistic nuance into UI, error messaging, and language model outputs
?  Leverage vector search technologies to enhance Arabic language model capabilities and 

information retrieval systems 

Job Requirements:

?  At least 1 year of experience with AI orchestration 

?  Strong background in Arabic NLP, multilingual language models, and tokenization techniques
?  Practical experience using HuggingFace, spaCy, BERT/MarBERT, and OpenAI API 

?  Programming in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, FastAPI, and data annotation tools 

?  Understanding of RTL layout considerations and Arabic UI/UX best practices 

?  Fluency in both Modern Standard Arabic and English (spoken and written)
