The company provides guest‑facing ordering tech (tablets and kiosks) for UK casual dining and QSR chains. Integrated with major EPOS and payment providers, our hardware comes at zero upfront cost—so we grow with our clients. We are ~45 people (9 in the UK), and this is a new role: you will help build our account management function from scratch.

Reports to: Country Manager (UK)
The Role
You will own relationships with all live contracted clients: regular check‑ins, daily device monitoring, weekly reporting to the Country Manager, and bridging communication between clients, support, and product teams. This is a relationship‑first role—you are the trusted point of contact, not the technical fixer.
Key Responsibilities:
| Client relationships | Bi‑weekly check‑in calls with every client; log notes and actions;flag risks to the Country Manager early |
| Device monitoring | Daily status checks; act on offline alerts within 24 hours;notify Sales on trial account issues |
| Reporting & escalation | Weekly Monday reports (uptime, fees, open issues);escalate commercial-impact product issues via Jira |
| Inventory | Coordinate faulty device replacements; maintain stock tracker |
Requirements:
Must have:
- 2–3 years in Account Management / Client Success (SaaS/tech preferred)
- Confident communicator—comfortable leading calls, managing expectations, and handling difficult messages
- Highly organised, self‑sufficient, and able to follow through
- Remote‑ready, with availability during UK business hours
- Based in or commutable to London / Midlands for occasional client visits
Nice to have:
- Hospitality tech, EPOS, or restaurant ops experience
- Jira or similar ticketing tools
- Experience preparing reports for senior stakeholders
- Background in small teams or fast‑paced early‑stage businesses
Success Metrics:
- Every client has a bi‑weekly check‑in and call note
- No device alert goes unanswered for >24 hours
- Monday report is submitted on time, accurate, and with no surprises
- You are the first to flag client risks to the Country Manager
- Renewal/upsell opportunities are identified and passed to Sales early
Tools
Device monitoring platform, Jira, call‑recording/notes tool, Google Workspace.
Working Arrangements
Fully remote, UK business hours, occasional travel to client sites in London / Midlands. Close collaboration with the Country Manager, Implementation Specialist, and Support team.
