Implementation Specialist in the UK

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist in the UK (London or Birmingham). The company is a unique B2B service for the restaurant and hotel business.

What you are going to do:

Product Implementation (70%)

• Working closely with clients to understand their operational needs and requirements. Maintain and develop further the onboarding process for clients.
• Effective communication with developers and business analysts throughout the onboarding and support process for clients.
• Planning and controlling deadlines and work schedule for new installations.
• Work remotely and onsite with clients.
• Working as part of the product knowledge team and support the sales department with their technical requests.

Support (20%)

• Interaction with partners, contractors, suppliers.
• Monitoring compliance with company processes.
• Technical support and consultation activities.
• Onsite support and maintenance if required.
• Reporting of issues and tracking trends.

Account management (10%)

• Maintaining great relationships with existing clients identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
• Meeting the needs and expectations of our clients providing excellent customer service.

Our basic expectations:

• Preferable experience of working in the F&B industry and understanding of hospitality workflows and understanding of Epos solutions.
• Basic knowledge of networks, experience with testing will be a plus.
• Usage and Technical Knowledge of Windows an Android OS (knowledge of Trello, Confluence, MS Project will be a plus).
• Great communication and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of project management.
