Technical Content Writer / Copywriter

We’re looking for a Technical Content Writer / Copywriter to join the IT company (products in the field of digital forensics). We develop products to help explore data on devices and in the cloud when a digital incident occurs.

Office in Tbilisi, Georgia.

What you will be doing:

• Researching the subject area and creating technical articles and texts for training programmers and webinars in English.
• Adaptation for the target audience: our customers are technically savvy specialists, and to create quality content for them you will be required to dive deep into operating systems, databases, structured data (json, xml, protobuf) and sometimes directly into byte recording of information.
• Rewriting and adapting company articles for publication on third-party resources.
• Adaptation of ready-made articles for SEO tasks.
• Writing scripts and scripts for webinars about working with the product.
• Preparation of text content for various communication channels: blog on the company’s website, newsletters, posts in social networks, etc. (SMM, email, marketing specialists).
• Interaction with marketing team (other technical writer, advertising specialists, SEO, designers).
• Communication with testers and programmers, from whom it will be necessary to extract technical details and translate into understandable human language.

Requirements:

• Excellent written English (C1).
• Curiosity, ability to conduct independent research.
• Communication skills, responsibility and attentiveness.
• Experience of 3 years — previous work experience in a software company will be an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of near-development software. You should not be intimidated by the words Hex Viewer, Windows Event Log, DB Browser for SQLite, Little Endian, etc.
