Support manager

The company develops a mobile and web application that uses power of flashcards in combination with spaced repetition to help people study any subject imaginable. People use our product to study materials for school, university, work or their personal interests.

We’re on the lookout for a proactive Support Manager who is passionate about providing top-notch user support and enhancing the overall user experience. The ideal candidate is someone who not only excels in English but also has a knack for problem-solving and a genuine desire to help users succeed.

Responsibilities

As the Support Manager, your primary responsibilities will entail:

• User Support: Take charge of answering user support tickets, ensuring timely and effective assistance to all users.
• Help Center Enhancement: Proactively work on improving the Help Center, making it easier for users to find solutions independently, thus minimizing the need to reach out for support.
• Library Moderation: Oversee the moderation of our Library of Shared Decks, maintaining it as a valuable and compliant resource for the community.

What we expect from you

• Experience: Previous experience in a support role within a technology or educational company is highly desirable.
• Skills: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. Candidates should also possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Attributes: A proactive approach, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a strong team player mentality.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with support ticketing systems and content management tools is preferred.
