We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive for a product fintech company.
Responsibilities:
•Identify, engage, and close large B2B accounts in the crypto exchange, broker, OTC, DeFi, and institutional fintech segments
•Pitch the Wallet-as-a-Service (WaaS) product as a secure, scalable infrastructure solution for wallet orchestration, settlements, cold/hot storage, treasury management, and compliance workflows
•Conduct deep discovery of client needs and customize product demos and commercial proposals accordingly
•Lead high-level sales cycles directly with C-level and product/tech stakeholders
•Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine positioning and support GTM strategies across multiple jurisdictions
•Continuously test new hypotheses for market entry, ICP expansion, and channel development
Obligatory:
•4+ years in sales or business development for crypto-native infrastructure (custody, wallets, blockchain infra, settlement networks)
•Proven track record selling complex fintech/crypto SaaS or API-based infrastructure to exchanges, brokers, banks, or PSPs
•Strong understanding of custody models, multi-sig, MPC, hot/cold wallet architecture, and integration workflows
•Deep network across fintech/crypto decision-makers, including CTOs, CPOs, COOs, and innovation leads
•Comfortable structuring deals across global regulatory frameworks, including understanding of licensing and cross-border crypto flows
•Capable of articulating value propositions based on security, automation, operational efficiency, and compliance
