We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive for a product fintech company.
Responsibilities:
•Drive global B2B sales of crypto payment solutions to enterprise clients, with a strong focus on high-risk verticals (e.g. betting, casino, gaming, adult, FX)
•Identify, approach, and close deals with decision-makers (C-level/C-1) across emerging and mature markets
•Provide clients with tailored payment strategies based on their industry, jurisdiction, and operational model
•Develop and deliver client-specific commercial proposals and pricing models
•Lead end-to-end deal lifecycle: from initial outreach to contract closure and onboarding handoff
•Collaborate with marketing and product teams to test go-to-market hypotheses and contribute to channel and campaign strategies
•Build a qualified, scalable sales pipeline in both regulated and offshore markets
Obligatory:
•Minimum 5 years of proven success in B2B sales of payment solutions (acquiring, PSP, pay-in/pay-out, or crypto payments)
•Strong track record of selling to high-risk merchants, understanding of their needs, pain points, and regulatory context
•Deep knowledge of the payments value chain: merchant onboarding, KYC/KYB, processing, risk, compliance, settlements
•Understanding of crypto payments infrastructure and its advantages for high-risk business models
•A strong personal network of decision-makers in the high-risk ecosystem is a major advantage
•Capable of navigating licensing, banking, and operational structures across offshore and Tier-1/2 jurisdictions
•Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to structure complex commercial agreements
