Senior DevOps Engineer

We are hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer for a product fintech company.

Remote

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and development of the current infrastructure, CI/CD processes;
• Solving problems of deploying applications in test and production environments;
• Setting up monitoring and logging;
• Participation in the analysis and elimination of incidents;
• Constant interaction with the product team;
• High involvement in the organization and planning of the work of a DevOps team

Obligatory:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer, with focus on AWS and Kubernetes
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in complex distributed systems
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes (including operators, controllers, networking)
• Experience with GitOps, especially ArgoCD
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Crossplane, etc)
• Solid expertise in writing and managing Helm charts
• Practical experience managing and tuning PostgreSQL, Redis, NATS, etc
• Proficient in managing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI
• Experience with HashiCorp Vault for secret management
• Strong understanding of cloud and overlay networking, service discovery, and DNS
• Hands-on experience with Istio or similar service mesh technologies
• Familiarity with observability stacks (VM, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Pyroscope)
•  English and Russian B2+

Preferably:

• Experience with Mesh systems, preferably Istio
• DevOps certificates from Amazon will be a big advantage;
• Leadership experience (small team is enough)
• Experience with Grafana Monitoring Stack
• Experience with PostgreSQL database
