Project Manager

IT product company specializing in the development of software, B2B platforms and SAAS services in the iGaming industry looking for Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in project management, particularly in game development;

• Strong understanding of Agile development principles and practices;

• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities;

• Ability to work with technical documentation;

• Understanding development cycles;

• English — В2;

• Experience with JIRA;

• Experience in project management (IT) 3 year + (experience in product company will be a plus);

• Ability to communicate effectively and get your message across;

•Organization skills, responsibility, attention to details.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute game development projects using Agile methodologies;

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, developers, and QA teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables;

• Assist in creating detailed project plans & schedules;

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, planning sessions, and retrospectives;

• Track project progress, identify and resolve impediments, and ensure that projects are delivered according to requirements;

• Maintain project documentation and report on project status to stakeholders;

• Foster effective communication among team members, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals;

• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance project management processes and practices;

• Setting and updating priorities;

• Acting as a POC in cross-teams collaboration ensuring the highest sync level within the teams.
