An IT product company specializing in the development of software, B2B platforms and SAAS services in the iGaming industry looking for Product Owner.
Requirements:
Experience:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the iGaming industry, specifically in managing payment solutions;
• Proven expertise in working within key markets: India, Brazil, Africa, CIS (experience in Europe, LatAm, and GCC regions is a strong plus).
Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of payment systems, gateways, and integration processes;
• Ability to negotiate and manage commercial terms with payment providers.
Strategic & Analytical Skills:
• Experience in forecasting and executing business strategies for payment solutions;
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and insights to drive decision-making.
Communication Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders;
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and foster collaboration.
Additional Requirements:
• Familiarity with licensing and jurisdictional compliance in iGaming;
• Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
Responsibilities:
Payment Partnerships & Integrations:
• Manage existing payment provider partnerships, ensuring strong relationships and optimal commercial agreements;
• Lead the integration and optimization of payment solutions to enhance the platform’s functionality and user experience.
Market Expansion:
• Expand into new geographies, focusing on acquiring up-to-date and region-specific payment methods for Europe, Africa, LatAm, GCC, and CIS regions;
• Identify emerging payment trends and new technologies in target markets.
Optimization & Cost Management:
• Review and optimize existing payment methods, ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions;
• Re-negotiate commercial terms with providers to maximize profitability.
Strategic Planning & Reporting:
• Independently plan, forecast, and execute a business development strategy for payment solutions;
• Provide weekly updates and strategic insights to the CEO regarding market performance and developments.
Market-Specific Rollouts:
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth rollouts of new payment services, accounting for local market requirements and regulatory compliance.
Industry Research & Compliance:
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge;
• Work closely with the Legal team to ensure compliance with licensing and jurisdictional policies.
Networking & Relationship Management:
• Represent the company at industry events, building a network of payment providers and stakeholders;
• Actively identify and pursue opportunities to support business growth through strategic partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Perform excellent communication and coordination with internal teams, including Legal, Product, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of tasks;
• Drive initiatives to improve payment service quality and customer satisfaction.
