Outsourcing Project Manager

We are looking for an Outsourcing Project Manager for an HR holding company offering innovative solutions in the field of business process outsourcing, HR consulting and flexible employment.

Responsibilities:

• Organising project work;
• Building partner relationships with customer representatives;
• Work on increasing the application, achieving the planned financial indicators;
• Participation in the selection of personnel, for staffing;
• Training of foremen, organisation of training of working staff;
• Keeping timesheets, monthly reconciliations;
• Keeping KDP (timely signing of packages of documents with employees (hiring/dismissal), organisation of sending documents to the HR department, setting tasks to related departments and control of their implementation) and documentation on labour protection (briefings, logs, PPE issuance cards);
• Control of application closure, 100% of employees’ output for the shift;
• Accounting and issuance of special clothing, PPE;
• Fulfilment of other instructions of the management.

Requirements:

• Successful work experience in a similar position;
• Mandatory knowledge of Georgian language;
• Experience in project management from 1 year is mandatory;
• Strong business communication and project analytical skills;
• Minimum knowledge of Bitrix 24 (If not, willingness to learn quickly).
• Communicative, attentive, organised, proactive — it is necessary to anticipate customer requests and offer implementation of new services before competitors.

• Payments 2 times a month (fixed part + quarterly bonus for achievement of financial indicators and fulfilment of quality standards).
