Junior Key Account Manager

We’re looking for Junior Key Account Manager to join a Product IT-company.

English level: C1 or higher

What you will do:

Handle day-to-day communications with assigned clients.

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Monitor account performance and ensure client expectations are met 

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support) to fulfill client needs.

Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.

Requirements:

Fluent English (C1 level)

Great communicator — written, spoken, emoji-based, you name it.

Positive, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative.

Bonus points if you are experienced in HubSpot.
