We are looking for a HR Senior Generalist for a company specializing in iGaming. This position is primarily responsible for assisting with a variety of HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist with posting job openings on relevant platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews with candidates with CS team representatives.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare candidate databases and report progress to CS team leads.

Onboarding and Orientation:

  • Assist in preparing new hire paperwork and ensure all required documents are completed accurately.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires, providing necessary information about company policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • If needed, manage/coordinate necessary training.

Employee Relations:

  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct 1:1 meetings with employees to discuss performance, career development, and any concerns they may have.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain HR records and keep the database up to date.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, notice letters and termination letters.
  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
  • Assist in coordinating performance evaluations for employees, including setting up evaluation meetings and collecting feedback.
  • Support managers in conducting disciplinary meetings when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct offboarding according to Georgian labor code and company policies.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Georgian Labor Code.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Nice to Have: Fluent in Chinese.

Conditions:

  • Working Time: 09:00 — 18:00, Monday to Friday.
  • Working mode: on-site — from the office.
