Are you passionate about people and ready to make a difference in a dynamic environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to be the go-to person for all things people-related at Tbilisi office. This role is all about supporting the amazing team and helping them thrive.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Employee Support Engagement: Be the friendly face employees turn to for support on everything from performance and attendance to workplace concerns. Handle employee relations with care, empathy, and fairness;
• Recruitment Onboarding: Help bring top talent to the company! Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding to ensure every new joiner feels welcomed and set up for success;
• Policy Compliance: Keep things running smoothly by ensuring all HR policies are clear, well-communicated, and followed. Identify process gaps, suggest improvements, and ensure compliance with local employment laws;
• Benefits: Ensure everyone understands the perks and benefits;
• HR Administration Systems: Keep our HR records tidy and up-to-date in the HRIS. Support employee training, engagement activities, and other HR initiatives to create a thriving workplace.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in tech, iGaming, or a similar industry;
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field;
• HRIS Knowledge: Experience with HRIS platforms to manage employee data and keep things organized;
• HR Expertise: A solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment laws;
• People-First Mindset: A great listener, empathetic, and always ready to support employees and managers alike;
• Problem-Solver: Ability to handle tough conversations, solve problems, and find the best solutions for all sides;
• Organizational Skills: Proficient at juggling tasks, meeting deadlines, and staying on top of details;
• Communication Star: Excellent communication skills with clarity, kindness, and professionalism — in person, over email, or on a call;
• Languages: Fluency in English and Georgian.
Work Conditions:
• Location: Tbilisi, Georgia;
• 26 business days of paid vacation per year;
