As Head of HR, you will be responsible for shaping and executing HR strategies that align with company’s vision and business objectives. You will drive talent acquisition, culture development, employee engagement, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with employment regulations across all countries where we have offices. You will also lead an existing team of HR professionals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a fast-growing tech or gaming company.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices across multiple countries.
  • Proven experience in scaling HR functions and developing high-performing teams.
  • Efficiency and responsibility in a fast-paced company.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals.
  • Advise senior management on HR policies, best practices, and compliance.
  • Lead company-wide initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention programs.
  • Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Implement workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in place.
  • Performance Management & Employee Development
  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Develop training programs to upskill employees and enhance leadership.
  • Implement career development initiatives to retain top talent.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Develop competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and market standards.
  • Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts.
  • Foster a diverse, inclusive, and ethical work environment.
  • HR Operations & Policies
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee HR technology, records management, and reporting.
  • Monitor HR metrics and create data-driven improvement strategies.
