Customer Service Specialist

A company specializing in outsourced accounting services is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with the client on current interaction;

• Receiving and processing the client’s request to the result;

• Forming a report at the end of the day on the work done;

• Selling services to the existing client base;

• Communication with internal departments;

• Consulting clients on products and services;

• Working with AmoCRM, maintaining reports.

Requirements:

• Experience of more than 3 years;

• Higher education;

• Knowledge of Russian/English/Georgian.
