We are seeking a skilled Business Controller who will play a crucial role in managing the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will collaborate with management to provide actionable insights that will drive business performance and ensure financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making;
• Lead the annual budgeting process, working with department heads to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts;
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to provide insights into business performance and variances against budgets;
• Analyze financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement;
• Monitor costs and suggest ways to optimize operational efficiency and profitability;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, marketing, product development, and HR) to ensure alignment with financial goals;
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies;
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making processes and strategic initiative.

Required Skills:
• At least 4 years of experience in financial management or controlling, ideally in a corporate environment;
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data;
• Proficiency in financial software, including Microsoft Excel and PowerBI (or similar tools);
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various stakeholders;
• Fluent communication in English (B2+);
• Excellent ability in budget preparation and variance analysis;
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities;
• Financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting expertise;
• Ability to think strategically and solve problems.

Work Schedule:
• 5 days a week;
• Full time;
• Completely remote;
