Business Analyst

Product IT company develops software and hardware — unique payment terminals for the restaurant and hospitality industry. The team is expanding and looking for a talented Business Analyst .

What tasks await you?
• Develop and detail business requirements with various project stakeholders;
• Participate in requirements generation together with Product owners, analyze and prioritize them for the development team;
• Support the development of application layouts and design;
• Prepare and keep up to date project documentation (Vision&Scope, SRS, Project Backlog);
• Independently gather, analyze and document requirements from key stakeholders;
• Generate and maintain backlog (User Stories, Use Cases), prioritize and align;
• Facilitating business analysis rallies and key meetings;
• Participate with PM and development team in estimating scope of work;
• Coordinate and monitor status of requirements across multiple products or lines of business at once;
• Analyze company business processes, build and describe business process models;
• Describe and detail tasks for the development team.

What skills are important to us?
• Experience of working as a business analyst from 2 years;
• English language level from Upper-Intermediate;
• Confident time management, ability to prioritize and plan your own workload;
• Ability to handle multiple task streams simultaneously, prioritize and meet deadlines;
• Strong understanding of development and project management methodologies and an understanding of the development cycle;
• Understanding of core business processes and the ability to document and present them;
• Detailed description of functional and non-functional requirements, writing Use Cases and User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria;
• Ability to work on requirements with stakeholders of different levels, form and defend specifications (SRS, FRS);
• Change Management;
• Ability to assume the role of lead analyst on a project or part of a project;
• Ability to analyze data and identify key trends and issues;
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders including developers, managers and customers;
• Ability to quickly find solutions to problems that arise and see opportunities for process improvement;
• Proactive approach to assigned tasks and initiative;
• Experience prototyping user interfaces (Figma or similar);
• Experience with Jira/Trello/Confluence;
• Completed business analysis courses will be an advantage.
