Affiliate Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Affiliate Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in promoting our Crypto Casino platform. As the Affiliate Manager for our Crypto Casino, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition through our affiliate network. Your role will involve fostering strong relationships with affiliates, optimizing their performance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality users to our Casino platform. You will be a key player in growing our presence in the crypto community and enhancing our market share.

Requirements:

• Proven 2-year experience working as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming or crypto industry.
• Strong understanding of the crypto community, online gaming landscape, and affiliate marketing dynamics.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking and management tools to efficiently monitor and support affiliates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective affiliate relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• English-C1

Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates within the crypto and iGaming industry.
• Foster strong relationships with affiliates, understanding their needs and aligning them with our objectives.
• Provide affiliates with the necessary tools, resources, and guidance to effectively promote our Crypto Casino.
• Monitor affiliate performance and provide regular feedback to ensure optimization and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and retention for the Crypto Casino.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate efforts with overall marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to fine-tune the affiliate strategy.
• Implement stringent measures to ensure affiliates deliver genuine and high-quality users to the Casino platform.
• Conduct regular audits of affiliate activities to maintain the integrity of user acquisition efforts.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and affiliate campaign effectiveness.
• Use data insights to optimize affiliate partnerships, refine strategies, and identify areas for growth.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for management showcasing affiliate program performance.
