We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Account Manager for an IT development company specializing in online gaming and cryptocurrency technology.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to manage each stage
effectively;
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills;
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive;
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
• A positive and sociable approach to building client relationships;
• Willingness and ability to travel as required for expos and events.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with casino operators, ensuring our
games are properly positioned and promoted on their platforms;
• Monitor internal project timelines and keep clients informed about game releases
and updates;
• Analyze client data to identify growth opportunities and address performance
challenges;
• Collaborate with the support team to resolve client and partner issues effectively;
• Serve as the primary point of contact, managing and prioritizing client
communication;
• Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients;
• Provide clients with updates on marketing tools and promotional opportunities, such
as Freebets and Rain promotions;
• Work closely with internal teams to provide support and ensure seamless
collaboration;
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building trust and credibility through clear
communication and reliable service delivery;
• Stay informed about iGaming industry trends and provide feedback to the game-
development team;
• Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs to enhance client engagement;
• Participate in event planning and coordination, from pre-event marketing to on-site
support.
