Senior TPD Engineer (Liquidity Hubs Expert)

A leading international FinTech group specializing in institutional brokerage, liquidity provision, and digital asset solutions is looking for a highly experienced Senior TPD Engineer. In this role, the engineer will own the administration of a multi-counterparty infrastructure, manage complex liquidity streams, and lead international client onboarding.
The company is specifically seeking established industry experts from Prime Brokerage, institutional liquidity providers, or major financial networks who have deep practical experience with institutional platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hub Administration: Full administration of institutional liquidity hubs (oneZero, PXM, Centroid, FXCubic), including managing sessions, symbols, routing, pricing, and risk configuration.
  Onboarding & Connections: Lead the onboarding of counterparties on FIX connectors and give-up (drop-copy) connectors.
• Custom Streams: Configure tailored streams per counterparty (symbol sets, markups, tiering, throttling, session-specific routing).
  Testing & Sign-off: End-to-end testing of new client connections before go-live (pricing, execution, connectivity, drop-copy) and conformance testing of external APIs.
• Reporting & Reconciliation: Generate volume reports from hub UIs and databases; perform account reconciliation tasks.
• Incident & Troubleshooting: Handle complex FIX protocol issues (session layer, sequence gaps, rejects, message-level analysis) from A to Z; act fast during emergency shift procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience: Extensive, senior-level track record administering oneZero (Xcore), PXM, Centroid, or FXCubic inside institutional liquidity providers or prime brokerages (Retail Brokerage background will not be considered).
  Protocol Mastery: Deep knowledge of FIX protocol troubleshooting, network fundamentals (TCP/IP, traceroute, telnet), REST API, and RabbitMQ.
• Process Improvement: Proven ability to enhance existing setups through standardized templates, configuration baselines, and automation.
• Flexibility: Readiness to work shifts, including weekends and out-of-hours on a rotating basis.
• Nice to have:
  MySQL skills for generating volume reports and complex reconciliation queries.
  Experience in building aggregation pools and setting up monitoring metrics for makers.
  Core knowledge of Linux administration and scripting for automation (Python / Bash).
