We are hiring a Head of Sales for a product fintech company.

Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a sales strategy focused on converting and retaining individual traders across key markets.
  • Build the foundation for a team of sales agents and account managers
  • Optimize CRM workflows and communication flows to increase conversion rates from registration to deposit.
  • Drive growth through retail-facing partnerships.
  • Build monitoring reports and KPI’s to track key metrics.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and support teams to align messaging and campaign execution.
  • Direct communication with clients.

Obligatory:

  • 7+ years of proven sales management experience in a Multi-Regulated CFD Broker.
  • Deep understanding of traders, client segmentation, and trading platforms.
  • Experience managing multilingual, multi-regional sales teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM tools, sales pipelines, KPIs, Telephony services
  • Fluency in English
