Lead generation specialist

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a potential customer acquisition specialist to join our team, who will play a crucial role in identifying and creating new business opportunities through strategic work and the search for potential customers. You will use various channels and methods to attract potential customers and partners and turn them into qualified potential customers for the sales department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of potential customer acquisition strategies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams. Requirements:

Work experience of at least 2 years in an appropriate position in an outsourcing company;

Proven experience in successfully attracting potential customers and sales;

Knowledge of the outsourcing services market;

The ability to use tools and software for lead generation;

Knowledge of CRM and sales tools;

Excellent writing, communication and negotiation skills in English;

Fluent in Russian;

A good team player, can work alone with or without minimal control;

Good problem solving and decision making skills;

A proactive approach.

It will be a plus:

Work experience or education in the field of HR;

Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;

Collect useful information from customer and competitor data;

Work on marketing and sales materials;

Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to develop effective strategies to attract potential customers;

Identification and research of potential customers and partners;

Contact and qualify potential customers through phone calls, e-mail and other communication methods;

Organization of business meetings with potential clients and partners;

Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices and the latest technologies in the field of attracting potential customers and finding potential customers.
