Product Manager

We are hiring a Product Manager for a product fintech company.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the vision and execution of the B2Core platform, ensuring it meets market needs and exceeds client expectations.
• Own the full product lifecycle: from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and post-release support.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver features on time and within scope.
• Maintain a groomed product backlog, write clear and structured requirements (PRDs), and prioritize features based on business impact.
• Lead customer interviews, gather feedback, and incorporate insights into the product roadmap.
• Monitor product metrics (adoption, NPS, churn, etc.) and iterate on features based on performance.
• Support sales and account managers with product knowledge, especially during onboarding of large or strategic clients.
• Present roadmap updates and feature demos to internal stakeholders and external clients.

Obligatory:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B or B2C SaaS or FinTech environment, mainly focusing on CRM-oriented products, like B2Prime.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other product management tools.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on both qualitative and quantitative inputs.

Preferably:

• Prior experience with financial trading platforms or payment systems.
• Understanding of KYC/AML processes, client onboarding flows(Experience with SumSub), and FX/Crypto brokerage operations.
• Experience scaling a product from MVP to mature enterprise-grade platform.
• Familiarity with integration of third-party services via APIs.
• Russian language proficiency is a plus.
